There are 2 options for game preparation courses. On the first we’ll provide game birds and rabbit/squirrel shot locally, and you can spend the day learning to draw, dress, joint and cook your wild meat, with outdoors methods, and other wild local ingredients. We’ll finish by sharing a late lunch/early dinner of our creations.
The second option will also involve learning to skin and butcher a deer in the field, with our fully qualified butcher.
