Spend the day foraging your ingredients before learning how to make your collection of flowers, leaves or fruits into wines, beers or ‘champagne’ around our brewing fire. Not only will you learn the dying art of making your own drinks, but you will go away with a gallon container of your brew to enjoy at a later date… All you need is patience!
