Spend the first part of the day foraging either flowers and leaves, or fruits, dependent on the season, then, after a lunch prepared over the fire, either innovative recipes and cooking techniques to turn them into a gourmet meal, or learn how to turn those basic and easily accessible ingredients into your own jarred and preserved store cupboard treats, from pickled wild garlic flower buds, to hawthorn ketchup, to rosehip syrup. You’ll leave with a few things to take home and impress your friends.
